Adaptive Gymnastics
We are stoked to be able to bring another two Adaptive Gymnastics sessions for children and adults with disabilities in a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
These sessions are designed as "have-a-go" opportunities, with no structured programme or formal coaching. Participants are encouraged to explore a range of gymnastics equipment at their own pace, try new activities, and simply have fun in a safe and supportive space. Whether you're new to gymnastics or just looking to enjoy being active, everyone is welcome.
Our adaptive gymnastics sessions provide a great opportunity to build confidence, improve balance, coordination, strength, and movement skills, while encouraging social connection and active participation.
Whānau are welcome to join in, support, and enjoy the experience alongside participants.
Our Adaptive Gymnastics sessions are free to attend and are open to individuals with disabilities and their whānau.
